Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days to resolve any issues. Lulamae will accept items for exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Exchanged items must be of the same or greater value. Items presented for exchange must be in the same condition that they were sold. Lulamae will not refund or issue a credit note unless the item has a manufacturing fault. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you take out postage insurance. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Lulamae will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Your order will be sent via Australia Post using Express Post or Registered Mail. All orders will be processed within 2 working days. If you wish to query a delivery please email us.
If you are located outside Australia and wish to make a purchase or wholesale enquiry, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote you for international postage.
